Navigating chapters support on Android TV

Support to navigate Chapters on Android TV

I don't see any option to jump to next/previous chapter. Kodi jumps to the next chapter by using the navigation buttons, however VLC only seeks, same while using the fast forward and reverse buttons on the TV remote. The buttons on the interface of VLC; go to previous, pause/play or next video, would like to see buttons/shortcut on the navigation button for navigating chapters as well. Thank you!

Expected behavior

Navigation of Video files by Chapters. Since it is a TV, using a keyboard, is not an option.
