No cast button in VLC player for android on ChromeOS

Description

In the VLC for Android interface on ChromeOS there is no cast button. I assume the cast button is missing on Android tablets also. I only see it on my phone.

Expected behavior

For there to be a cast button

Actual behavior

No cast button

Steps to reproduce

1. Start any video with VLC on a ChromeOS device
2. Notice there not being a cast button
3. Really there's no cast button anywhere to be found in the whole interface
