Video Player: repeat one doesn't start media over

Description

If a video has a saved progress and is set to be played as Repeat One, when the playback is started over it starts at the saved progress.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video with a saved progress at 1:00
2. Enable "Repeat one"
3. Wait for the media to be finished
4. The playback starts at 1:00
