Encoding issue in playlists

Description

When there is a special char (@ in this case) in the url of an item of a m3u playlist, it cannot be played. The same url works fine when payed from the stream screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Add this file to the device and scan it
2. Play it (it fails)
3. Play http://artelive-lh.akamaihd.net/i/artelive_fr@344805/master.m3u8 from the stream screen (it works)
