support "Audio desynchronization compensation" feature from desktop VLC
Description
The Desktop version of VLC supports a setting for "Audio desynchronization compensation", which applies globally to all files. The Android version of VLC appears to only support per-file audio delay settings. Please add support for a global audio delay setting in the Android version of VLC.
Expected behavior
Presently, the Android version of VLC allows adjusting the audio delay, but this is saved per-file. I am using VLC on a Fire Stick and have a fairly uniform audio delay on all videos. Currently, there is no way for me to globally apply the correction that I need, and must instead manually adjust this for every video played.
Ideally, the global "Audio desynchronization compensation" should be exposed in the settings GUI as it is on the desktop version of VLC. It would be acceptable if this can be controlled via the mysterious "custom libVLC options" setting, though documentation for proper usage would be required.
