Beta and nightly versions lost ability to play m3u files with streams

Description

Expected behavior

Beta and nightly versions can play m3u files with streams again. Like latest stable version (3.2.12).

Actual behavior

Beta (3.3.0 Beta 7) and nightly versions (VLC-Android-3.3.0-Beta-7-armv8-20200725-0135.apk) lost ability to play m3u files with streams like: https://user:pass@1fichier.com/?linkID,01 As A Man.mp3,9273065
