VLC 3.3.0 Beta 6 - Subtitle file selection in portrait mode can be difficult to read

Selecting an external subtitle file display a file browser modal.

In portrait mode, the browser can end to a strange form factor (cf screenshot).

Expected behavior

Have a wider/more static width ?

Actual behavior

automatic rescale seems to end up to a very small width.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch a video with an external subtitle file
2. Click on Track selection -> Subtitle track -> ... -> Select subtitle file
3. Browse
