Equalizer Auto Turn On by Default

Description

Equalizer automatically turn on by default as soon as I pressed the 3 dot menu and open equalizer

Expected behavior: Equalizer page show up and settings should be according to user's last command

App Behavior: Equalizer page show up and turn on automatically even though it is turned off the last time.
