Cannot play and restore video when chapter is saved
Description
When you try to restore a video with chapter, VLC fail to find the video, even if you try to play it from the browse view.
Expected behavior
VLC should restore the video and play it.
Actual behavior
VLC can't play the video and display the message "The location file VIDEONAME cannot be played"
Steps to reproduce
- Play a video with chapter (FMA - MultiChapter.mkv)
- Go back during playback
- Try to re-play it
