Loud audio after fast forward

After fast forwarding the video there is a realy loud audio fragment.

Description

Sometimes after forwarding the video either by double tapping the screen or with the button, the audio gets really loud for a short time. It even happens when the audio is set to zero before the forwarding. As far as i tested, it seems to happen only (or atleast more frequently) with videosources directly from the internet. It is more noticeable while wearing headphones.

Expected behavior

The audio level stays the same during fast forwarding.

Actual behavior

Sometimes the audio raises to uncomfortable levels.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video from the internet, for example from youtube or twitch (it seems to happen more frequently from twitch videos)
2. Tap several times on the screen to fast forward 1 to 2 minutes
