VLC's closed captioning lags on Android TV and Android mobile

I am using it on my android TV but also on my mobile phone having the same issues. I am watching the news and others and VLC stuffer when using subtitles. No, not subtitle files. A plugin like closed captioning when I enable it and it is stutter when I watch the news and any show on android tv BUT if I turn it off and video play smoothly.

This seems to be a VLC issue, not a Sony/Bravia one since it was same issue as last year. It doesn't seem to be fix so far.

The subtitle stutter is present on other Android devices as well.
