Resume playback is always available, even after a clear data

Description

The resume playback option is always available. Even after a clear data when no "last playback" exist.

Expected behavior

The resume playback icon should not be shown if there is nothing to resume

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce

1. Clear app data
2. Pass the onboarding
3. resume playback is available in Video and Audio screens
