Subtitles with special effects cause video to stutter
Description
ASS subtitles with graphics/special effects are causing video to stutter/hang and skip frames. vlc_logcat_20200323_212449.log
Expected behavior
Subtitles shouldn't cause video to stutter. I've tested with ASS subtitles.
Actual behavior
Video stutters while ASS subtitles are being played with graphics/special effects
Steps to reproduce
1.play a video with special graphic effects subtitles 2.video stutters while playing videos with ASS subtitles containing graphic effects
