VLC doesn't intercept some http links

Description

VLC-android is not proposed to open some http links.

Steps to reproduce

1.Try opening https://video.fosdem.org/2020/H.1309/dns_doh_dot_testing.webm and https://video.fosdem.org/2020/Janson/http3.webm 2. The system only proposes to open it with VLC for the second one
