Player track selection: ports standardization

Description

The aim is to improve the track selection UX and standardize it with desktop new UI

Expected behavior

Track selection should be done in one step (instead of 2 now). Other actions (subtitle delay, subtitle download, ...) should be added as buttons on top of the popup
