Repeat mode option that plays the current video infinitely but when tapping next goes to the next video in playlist

Right now when using the repeat mode that keeps repeating the current video in your playlist if you tap next instead of going to the next video it restarts your current video.

I would expect when tapping the next button that the next video starts playing with the same repeat mode. This does work on the desktop version of VLC however I never tried it with a playlist but just with videos in a folder
