Deleted Video Message Not Clearing

Hello, Ive experienced this issued about 3 times on my Galaxy 8. Rep steps

1. Play a video
2. Connect phone to PC via microUSB
3. In file explorer on PC, delete the video
4. Disconnect phone from PC
5. Go back to VLC
6. Hit the Last Playlist button - error message appears that VLC cannot find the video. This is expected but the problem is the error message never disappears. The only way Ive been able to clear it is to restart my phone.

I think this might also be replicable by deleting the file right in VLC but not positive. Solution seems to be to close the error message after 10-15 seconds.
