When phone locked and unlocked, subtitles disappear

When locked and unlocked, subtitles disappear and won't come back until going back to menu and restarting the video

Description

On Pocophone f1 (maybe on other platforms), using the latest android store build, when watching a video with subtitles, pressing on the device's power button to lock it and then unlocked, subtitles disappear until video is reopened. This also happens when receiving a call or anything similar.

Expected behavior

Subtitles should still work

Subtitles disappear

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a video with subtitles
2. Lock phone by pressing the lock button
3. Unlock phone by pressing it again
4. Press play
