Feature Request: DLNA/UPNP Server as alternative to Chromecasting

I propose the following: a simple UPNP/DLNA server for VLC for Android.

1. The ability to turn any folder in the Directories section into a shared DLNA/UPNP folder by simply pressing the 3 dot button and tapping "Serve via UPNP/DLNA" or something like that.
2. A notification would pop up showing what folder is being shared as well as keeping that share active, along with a stop server button.

This would allow VLC users to easily make share any folder on their phone to a DLNA/UPNP device like a Smart TV, Roku, or Apple TV if they don't have a Chromecast or Android TV.
