3.2.0-beta-4 - APP crash and exit when enter LAN

Test:

• Android TV Nvidia Shield with Android 9.0
• VLC Beta 4 (Beta 3 is working fine)
• Cleared cache and reinstall

Problem: If you enter the LAN icon, app crash and exit VLC.
