Album view : A visual separation for Multi Disc Album is missing

Description

VLC correctly handle Multi Disc Album, but in the Album view, when you enter the Album to see the tracks details, there is no visual separations to distinguish the Discs.

Expected behavior

This view should have separation like Disc 1, Disc 2 etc...
