Re-launch of the VLC application lost my current viewing.

Hi,

I use VLC (26/06/2019) on my Android SmartPhone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 - Android version 9 PKQ1.180904.001).

Steps to reproduce :

1. • Start watching a video on vlc
2. • Switch to another application (VLC is now in background)
3. • Go to desktop
4. • Click to VLC icon to launch VLC
5. => Actual behavior : The video is no more displayed, and I saw the folders and files to select the video I want to display.
6. => Expected behavior : VLC resumes at the same place, and the same video time as before the switch.

Note that I have the expected behavior with the following steps :

1. • Start watching a video on vlc
2. • Switch to another application (VLC is now in background)
3. • Go to desktop
4. • Click on the "overview" button on my phone (the bottom which list the running applications in background)
5. • Select VLC, to resume application
6. => Actual and Expected behavior : VLC resumes at the same place, and the same video time as before the switch.
