Mainly to pass -lc++abi. This is needed for ndk14 since rtti and exceptions are
enabled by default.

This fixes inconsistent exception catching, and therefor fixes potential
uncaught exception while discovering/parsing, leading to std::terminate
being called

sqlite doesn't generate a config.h file in amalgamated mode

This fixes a SIGSEGV in _Unwind_Resume on some devices (Nexus 7).

--enable-mkv was always --enable-matroska
GnomeVFS & atmo plugin were dropped in 2015
--disable-glx and --enable-egl were removed in 2015 and 2013
respectively
