Always export configure hacks.

Rename static modules symbols in order to have unique symbols.

Close #13966

Add hack to deactivate eventfd, and build chrome in a separate folder.

vlc_entry__ symbols are not necessarily named like the .a file, so use nm to
find the good symbol.

 --help
 --release
 -a ARCH

It just:
 - clones VLC
 - compile libvlc and jni libraries through compile-libvlc.sh

And will bootstrap and compile with gradle

And call it from compile-libvlc.sh
