Apparently the android:schemes were interfering with each other, so clicking on rtsp:// links wouldn't work as the filter was trying to match rtsp:// _AND_ rtp:// _AND_ etc, which is absurd.

Tested and verified on Android 2.1 and 4.0.

getInstance() is called from multiple threads at startup
(e.g. via MediaLibrary.loadMediaItems), and if one of them
has started initializing libvlc but not yet finished doing so,
other threads could go ahead and use the not yet fully initialized
libvlc.

This will allow us to support dynamically ES-changing streams, more streaming formats (TS) and more video formats (such as OGG video).
