There are currently 4 modes:
- Automatic: let VLC decide whether hardware acceleration should be used (default).
- Disabled: software decoding only.
- Decoding Acceleration: MediaCodec or OMX decoding.
- Full Acceleration: MediaCodec opaque direct rendering (decoding + display acceleration).

Playlist management is now done by AudioService. Remove obsolete stubs in LibVLC.

Relic from the pre-playlist days.

The equalizer is now applied automatically with the media player, so it is no longer needed to call applyEqualizer() manually.

Eventually this allows for having multiple independent media lists

To prevent code duplication for use in another class soon
