How to run the VLC Skin Editor ==================================================================== You have to run VLCSkinEditor.jar (via java or VLCSkinEditor.exe) inside the same directory as the lang directory is. On Windows you also have to make sure that ICE_JNIRegistry.dll is in the same directory, otherwise detection of where VLC is installed does not work. When ran for the first time the program will create a config file named "VLCSkinEditor.cfg". It is located in the user directory. On Windows its stored in "%appdata%\VLC" on Linux in "~/.vlc/".
