Incorrect HTTP request is made to get video-folder artwork in the add-to-playlist window

Expected behavior

HTTP request should contain correct parameters to get video-folder artwork

Actual behavior

Parameters are incorrect for artwork endpoint. Only ID is sent to server not 'type' value.

In the screenshot, instead of folder artwork, 'Song Note' icon is being loaded.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open remoteaccess web interface
2. Open folder view for videos
3. Click 'add to playlist' for any folder
