It may be needed for the stdole2.tld detection

Use new audio channel API in 4.0

We need to use it in some cases to include the generated stdole2.tlb.

recent widl seems to use the pathes in `-L` to load .tlb files, rather than the `-I` pathes.

vlc_player.cpp:43:17: error: no matching conversion for functional-style cast from 'VLC::Instance' to 'VLC::MediaList'
        _ml   = VLC::MediaList(inst);

Since some are already marked as such, any missing override causes a
warning in every file incuding this header
