Fix compilation with clang++, part one

Mac plugin: use CAOpenGLLayer as video output module instead of the inferior plain CoreGraphics based approach

This is useless and breaks builds if the script is not used anymore
later on.

This allows the plugin to be installed in the user directory as well in addition to the system library folder (wow..)
