Improve VmemThumbnailer results

Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen requested to merge chouquette/medialibrary:pass_media_to_thumbnailer into master

This fixes:

  • Using --start-time to start at the correct position rather than seeking after the playback started
  • Allow slow devices (iOS 9 mostly) to seek by bumping the timeout
