Album & Artist should have a isThumbnailGenerated method

  • Add IAlbum::isThumbnailGenerated
  • Rename IAlbum::artworkMrl to thumbnailMrl()
  • Add IArtist::isThumbnailGenerated
  • Rename IArtist::artworkMrl to thumbnailMrl()
