Feature request: need multiple API changes on subscriptions

For the Android port, we will need multiple new APIs:

ISubscription::nbMedia(): total number of medias for this sub
IService::nbMedia(): total number of medias for this service
IService::media( const QueryParameters* params ): retrieve all the medias for (all the subs of) this service

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
