Introduce a new PlaylistType

Current PlaylistTypes used for listing and searching:

All
AudioOnly
VideoOnly

This does not allow listing and searching for playlists that contains at least a type of media.
Introducing an Audio and Video PlaylistType would make sense to address this issue.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
