Remove PlaylistMediaRelation.mrl column

Once #297 (closed) lands, and after the migration is executed, we can get rid of the PlaylistMediaRelation.mrl column

For now it's still required in order to recover from a potentially NULL media_id in the same table.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
