win32: Improve hidden files/folders handling

For now we only handle folders/files starting with a ..

We need to extend this to take the FILE_ATTRIBUTE_HIDDEN flag into account (and the equivalent for a directory if the flag differs there)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
