This can be used to use the regular FsDiscoverer with network shares

We need a basic device and mountpoint to fetch a media through its path

We actually have a mock device available

When no media is present, we still might want to clear the stream
history.

We now assume folders are not blacklisted, and consider an sqlite
constraint failure as an indication that it is.
This should fix crashes when blacklisting a folder while discovering,
and also improve the general performance, since we reduce the amount of
folders fetching

We are only interested in a value provided through the CPPFLAGS

Even though this isn't the standard way of hidding folders on windows,
we don't need to care about "." and "..", and this will avoid parsing
unrequired files when browsing an msys/cygwin folder
