Implement real black-point adaptation

Very badly needed. Currently, mapping PQ to SDR does not make sense at all, because PQ has an implicit black point built into the signal. Also, this might allow us to implement BT.1886 emulation (although technically, sig_floor would always be 0 for SDR functions - maybe a separate contrast target is needed for that?)
