Segfault on missing libdvdcss

https://code.videolan.org/videolan/libdvdread/-/blob/master/src/dvd_input.c#L570 causes a segfault if libdvdcss is not installed. It tries to do a dlclose(NULL).

Although the code would suggest that is an expected situation.

Reproducing:

empty_dir$ vlc .
