Support system-provided libudfread

As libudfread will now be packaged in Debian (kodi started using it), please add support for a system provided copy of libudfread. See also https://lists.debian.org/debian-multimedia/2020/07/msg00024.html

Ideally, please also remove the libudfread copy from libbluray once the system-provided library is supported.
