fixes a little oversight

Using only one string variable. It's not necessary to use two to guard against a race condition here.

This should be safe to call in threads, since their values change only once
during the life of a program using these functions.

This also changes the module to link with libbluray instead of using dlopen.
Also bluray.c is removed to make use of the patch entirely instead and the HOWTO
is updated.

this makes bdsplice serve as a basic example usage of the libbluray api
also fix a segfault when the end of the file is reached in bd_read.

Don't require key path to be set anymore. Instead, check some common places when NULL is passed as key path.

Include private headers first before system headers and include library headers over utility headers.
This ensures headers also contain required system headers

Added missing 3rd argument to TRAP_ApplicationLayer

make it 15 minutes instead of 2.

bs_read is used a lot and inflates function size when inlined.  So don't inline it.
