dvb-s tuner locked after dvblast shutdown

i exit dvblast with ctrl+c; setting -r...shutdown/restart; htop kill... If i stop dvblast and run it again i see in debuging messages that tuner (usb dvb-s dvb-sky 9xx) is locked. Just after pc reboot dvblast can stream again
