mask parameter to Dav1dMCDSPContext mask function isn't aligned enough

For 32 bit ARM assembly of the Dav1dMCDSPContext mask function, the mask parameter isn't aligned (enough) to load it with full alignment.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
