Argon tests broken on Loongarch

The argon tests are failing on loongarch since !1723 (merged), in particular since commit 13a857d0. Running the argon tests produces this failure:

$ ../tests/dav1d_argon.bash -f
Mismatch in profile0_core/streams/test10571_10597_10562.obu

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
