dav1d is signed with expired RSA key

The dav1d 0.9.2 tar.xz package at 1 is signed with a RSA key "VideoLAN Release Signing Key (2018)" 7180713BE58D1ADC.asc from 2017, see 2.

This key expired recently on Jan 8th, 2022. Since then, installers that respect the signature validity (e.g. pamac from Manjaro Linux) fail to install or upgrade this package.

Looking at the keys directory, it seems that the key had been renewed many times before, but not after 2017.
