Illegal instruction crash when attempting to execute BMI2 instruction in the field.

One report of a crash in dav1d_ipred_dc_left_avx2 on this instruction:

Which is noted as being BMI2. Not sure how a system has AVX2 but does not have BMI2, here's the info:

OS: Windows NT, 6.1.7601 24354 (Windows 7)
CPU Architecture, Info: amd64, family 6 model 60 stepping 3

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
