framethreads=2 hangs on 128th frame

Get sample

Test command

$ time dav1d -i dua.ivf -o /dev/null --muxer yuv4mpeg2 --limit=129 --framethreads=2

Decoded 128/129 frames (99.2%)

I can always reproduce issue with that sample.
