Update currentVideoSubTitleIndex API to allow displaying 2 subtitles tracks at the same time

This should use libvlc_media_player_select_tracks introduced in the v4 API of libvlc.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
