tvOS 14.2 (and newer) multiple audio output issue

When TV Speakers/Soundbar + HomePod selected as audio output, only 1 output can be heard from either the Soundbar or HomePod, seems the audio API changed after tvOS 14.2, however some streaming apps such as Youtube, Netflix, Disney+, HBO and Viki seems already resolve it, although some apps like Spotify, iQiyi and WeTV still have this issue

I've tried also VLC 3.1.0 beta on tvOS 15.1 haven't solve the issue..
