Video filter 'magnify'

Hi.

I was wondering if the Magnify video filter is available in VLCKit on macOS.

My option "--video-filter=magnify" is ignored, even when associated with "--video-filter=transform". I don't think the problem is how I'm passing the options, as others such as vertical and horizontal flip work just fine.
